Brief Description: In just 12 weeks, we built a $1.4 Million Dollar, Ten Thousand Square Foot addition onto the Westfield Shoppingtown Center in Vancouver, WA. It is a Steel Structural Building with open-web steel joists and EIFS Exterior. We did an extensive Seismic Upgrading for a possible future addition of a second story.

Skyward re-routed the electrical service that supported most of the existing mall, especially the food court, without interruption. This was a Fast-Track Job with a $2500/day penalty should the job go over the projected schedule. The Work was completed on-time and on-schedule.
